Remain as still as possible. Be like a stone. Meditation is 'Silencing the body and Silencing the mind, to Blossom the Heart '. When the body is restless - the mind will also be restless. When the mind is restless - the heart expressions will be inhibited or blocked. Therefore we keep the body still to help quiet the mind allowing us to experience and dive deeper into the Chidhakaash. Become the Master of your mind, not the slave! With practice the body will sit still for longer periods indicating that the meditator is gaining strength in his/her discipline.
