MEDITATION TIME

The first portion of the Meditation time while we are concentrating on breathing with the affirmation "Love in - Love throughout" should be done for the following duration:
Young students initially start with 3 minutes and gradually increase one minute each week of practice.

Older students may begin with 5-7 minutes, increasing one minute per week.

Adults continue for as long as you are enjoying the period. Minimum 12 minutes.
