Suryayog and Chidhakaashyog
Drawing Good Energies for Good Health
by Bobji
Throughout this last century, science has made quantum leaps to provide man with greater comforts, facilities, economic progress and medical advancements. Yet man these days seems to be more unhealthy, physically and mentally, lacking peace and love. The world seems to be in a state of disharmony, starting with one’s self, one’s family and it has spread between nations.
The need of the hour is to turn inward, to purify our words, actions, thoughts and intentions. The clarion call is to experience, express and expand our love within ourselves and to all others around us. Easy to say but few practice. Most don’t even know how to tap that love reservoir within us, much less express it.
Suryayog, which draws the healing energies from the Sun and ChidhakaashYog meditation are ancient techniques given to us by the Higher Masters to help us expand our inner Love. They are simple, yet very powerful, giving improved health, increased mental capabilities and greater spiritual awareness.
The Sun in Suryayog and the symbol in ChidhakaashYog are the focal points of concentration to bring the Love Light Energy into our being through our physical eyes and 3rd eye. Our inner light, the subtle truth of our being, the individualized Cosmic Consciousness within us is ignited through Suryayog and ChidhakaashYog to expand, illuminating our minds, purifying all our negative physical and mental qualities and deepening our spiritual understanding. Experiences are abundant when sincerely practiced and even miracles do happen. Automatically we feel more energy, improved health, peace of mind and more love.
There are no mantras, deities or idols used for either of these practices. They are open to anyone, from any nationality, age group, caste or creed. There are no fees or charges to learn either technique, one need only be sincere and open. The result can be astonishing, leading to the goal of our life – self-illumination itself!
